iOS 11 FLAC Playback

Audio Playback Audio formats supported: AAC-LC, HE-AAC, HE-AAC v2, Protected AAC, MP3, Linear PCM, Apple Lossless, FLAC , Dolby Digital (AC-3), Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC-3), and Audible (formats 2, 3, 4, Audible Enhanced Audio, AAX, and AAX+)

I was excited to learn that iOS 11 could do FLAC playback and I wouldn’t have to use VOX. Unfortunately, it’s only supported in the Files app and not in the Music player as it should be. Kind of a non-starter and back to using VOX.
