Google updating least popular iOS apps first for iPhone X

I just realized this today, but it seems like Google is updating their apps from least used to most used for the iPhone X. I checked the Google apps I have installed on my iPhone X and Assistant, Translate, Keep, Photos, Chrome and Google have all been updated for the iPhone X but not Maps, Hangouts, Gmail, Google Home or Voice (which was updated a day ago but not for the iPhone X and doesn’t really support this theory).
