The Amazon Echo now comes in (RED)

I did not see this coming. Feels like a me-too feature to copy Apple. Does anyone else in tech do product (RED) devices? I thought Amazon gave up on competing against Apple. At least they are no longer making a premium Kindle Fire to compete against the iPad. It will be interesting if Apple releases a (RED) HomePod.
